What do Leaders do?

• Bring like-minded people together - virtually and in-person
• Take ownership of building and scaling their user network
• Collaborate with Freshworks teams and practitioners to share expertise
• Build their personal brand by hosting events as a Leader and help shape the Freshworks community globally

Leader guidelines

As a leader, you’re expected to: 

• Set clear goals and objectives for your user network
• Device member onboarding and engagement strategies for your user network
• Host a minimum of four events a year (virtual or in-person)
• Engage with your Insiders through chat/polls/discussion threads on user forums
• Attend a minimum of three Leader exclusive catch-ups with the Freshworks Team
